Custom Hat Ordering Information

Thank you for your interest in our custom hats! Here are the details to ensure a smooth ordering process:

Turnaround Time:

-In-Stock Hats: Typically, custom hats have a two-week turnaround time.
-Special Orders: If the hat needs to be ordered, the total turnaround time is four weeks. We may be able to complete your order sooner, depending on the current order volume.

Deposit and Payment:

-A $50 deposit is required to initiate your custom order. This would be added to your cart then paid for at checkout by you.
-The remaining balance is due by the end of the quoted turnaround time. Payments can be made via Square invoice or Venmo.

Order Process:

1.Place Your Order: After placing your custom hat order, please complete a contact form with the following information:
   - Your name
   - Your phone number
   - Your email
   - Order number (please include in the comments section)
   - A brief description of your customization request (please include in the comments section)
